SURFACE PREPARATION: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, grease, flaking paint, algae, and loose particles. Ensure the substrate is fully dry before application.
CRACK TREATMENT: Repair visible cracks (>1 mm) using suitable crack filler or polymer mortar. Allow
it to dry completely.
DILUTION (IF REQUIRED): For highly absorbent surfaces, Dr.Wallz may be diluted with up to 10-15% clean water. Mix thoroughly before application.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
A. Apply two uniform coats of Dr.Wallz using a brush, roller, or spray. B. Allow the first coat to dry for 6-8 hours before applying the second coat
C. Ensure complete and even coverage, avoiding missed spots or over-brushing
POST-APPLICATION: Once the second coat is dry and well cured (typically 24 hours) proceed with primer and further paint systems as required.
TOOL CLEANING: Clean tools immediately after use with water.
