Dr. Wallz Gold Oak Interior & Exterior Emulsion is a water-based, exterior wall nish
suitable for dry to moderately humid climatic conditions.
DIRECTION FOR USE:
CLEANING: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust or
grease. Any previous growth of fungus, algae or moss needs to be removed throughly by
vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water.
FILLING: Surface imperfections such as holes, dents, fine cracks are to be filled with
Wallputty or a mixture of white cement & fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3).
PRIMER: Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. On such surfaces,
apply one coat of Wall Primer by thinning 1ltr. of primer with 400ml. of water. Allow the
exterior primer to dry for 4hrs.
TOPCOAT: Apply 2-3 coats by diluting 1ltr. of Dr. Wallz Gold OakInterior & Exterior Emulsion
with maximum 400ml. of water. A gap of 4-6 hours. should be given between two coats.
Ensure that horizontal surfaces like top of windows, ledges and others horizontal surfaces
are painted with an additional coat for greater protection.
MAINTENANCE TIPS: For removing stains, clean the surface using a sponge with a mild
soap solution. Once you nish, wipe the surface clean ensure a drying time of 1 week
for the paints before cleaning.
