Dr. Wallz Prime Gold Advance Emulsion is a water based, interior
wall finish suitable for dry to low humid climatic condition.
DIRECTION FOR USE:
CLEANING: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose
paint, dust, oil or grease. Any previous growth of algae, fungus or moss
needs to be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and
cleaning with water.
FILLING: Surface imperfections such as holes, dents or cracks are to
be filled with Dr. Wallz Crack Seal (Cracks) or using a mixture of
white cement & fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3).
PRIMER: Freshly plastered surfaces should be allowed to cure completely.
On such surfaces, apply one coat of Dr. Wallz Interior Wall Primer by
thinning 1 litre of primer with 1 litre of water. Allow the primer coat to
dry for 4 hours.
TOP COAT: Apply 2-3 coats by diluting 1 litre of Dr. Wallz with maximum
300-400ml of water. A gap of 4-6 hours should be given between two
coats. Ensure that horizontal surfaces like top of windows, ledges and
other horizontal surface are painted with an additional coat for greater
protection.
MAINTENANCE TIPS: For the best performance of the paint, ensure
proper washing and cleaning of all algal and fungal growth at
regular intervals of six months.
