Dr. Wallz Profy Damp Sealent is a high performance modified styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) based binder. It is recommended as a bonding agent for concrete /mortar in repair like spelled concrete and surfaces strongly with plasters. It can also be used for waterproofing of toilets and bathrooms. It also serves as a bond coat for repair patch work.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Surface Preparation Before application of Dr. Wallz Profy Damp Sealent clean the surface to remove all loose particles, dirt and greases etc. Vacuum clean it throughly to remove loose material.
HOW TO APPLY:
Mix properly for at least 3 to 4 minutes to avoid air trapping and slowly add cernent to
Dr. Wallz Damp Sealent until consistency achieved.
Mechanical stirrers are recommended for efficient mixing.
Apply two coats of mix by brush in span of at least 5 hours for efficient results.
BOND COAT:
For bond coat application mix AP SC Repair polymer and cement in the ratio of 1:1. Brush apply 1 or 2 continuous coat of the mix on the prepared concrete substrate.
Ensure to overlay the repair mortar when the bond coat is still tacky.
